About Us
Founded in 2025, Shelter of Strength Prayer Ministry was created to be a sacred refuge for women who have been abused, abandoned, or left without support. We exist for the women who are weary, wounded, or searching for peace, offering a sanctuary where healing begins, faith is restored, and strength is rebuilt. Rooted in compassion, prayer, and the unshakable belief that every woman is seen and loved by God, we are here to remind her that her life has purpose, her story is still unfolding, and restoration is possible.

Through our core programs, we guide women through a powerful 30 day journey that blends spiritual renewal, emotional healing, and practical life guidance. From prayer and intercession to restoration support, deliverance ministry, truth circles, and life skills development, each experience is designed to create space for surrender, healing, and transformation. We meet women where they are, walk beside them with grace, and help them rediscover clarity, confidence, and identity.

Meet the Founder
Margarite Rosas - Founder/Executive Director
Shelter of Strength Prayer Ministry was founded by Margarite Rosas, Founder and Executive Director, a woman of faith, compassion, and quiet strength who felt a deep calling to create a sacred refuge for women in need of healing and restoration. Through witnessing the pain carried by women who have been abused, abandoned, or left without support, Margarite recognized how many were suffering in silence, longing for safety, prayer, and a place to simply rest and be restored.

She saw the need for a sanctuary where women could lay down their burdens, encounter God’s presence, and begin the process of healing emotionally, spiritually, and personally. A place where brokenness is met with compassion, faith replaces fear, and every woman is reminded of her God given worth and identity.

From this calling, Shelter of Strength Prayer Ministry was born. It is a faith centered community rooted in prayer, restoration, and empowerment, created to walk alongside women as they heal from trauma, rebuild confidence, and rediscover purpose. Margarite’s heart is for every woman who feels weary, unseen, or overwhelmed, and her message is one of hope and assurance: you are not forgotten, you are deeply loved, and your story is not over.
Guided by her faith and sustained by her commitment to prayer and service, Margarite Rosas leads with humility, compassion, and conviction. Shelter of Strength Prayer Ministry stands as a place of refuge, renewal, and transformation, where women are strengthened, faith is restored, and lives are rebuilt through God’s love and unfailing grace.
